One thing about this apartment is they are very quick to respond to service requests. Gavin was very helpful and always made sure to not leave a mess as well. I appreciate how clean and serene it is. Very nice amenities as well, the car wash amenity is what drew me in. The -1 is for the construction faults which i understand comes with new apartments, which they are always quick to fix
I put in a maintenance replace last night and the maintenance guy. Gavin’s came Early morning and check me out and got me together. I appreciate him. He was great.
