I’m a business owner in the Dayton area. I have been working with Hailey and Ryan since they have first opened. They’re a very well organized group, the properties are very well maintained and put together. If you are looking for an apartment in the Huber heights area I would highly recommend!
The Team at Authentix is top tier. Rain, one of the leasing agents, took me on a great tour of the property and units. They were extremely thorough in pointing out all of the details and perks of this community. Very personable and helpful staff. Facilitated a quick and smooth process from the initial tour all the way to move in day. Gavin on the maintenance team went above and beyond in ensuring I was satisfied with the look of my apartment upon move-in, as well as ensuring I understood the particulars of my unit's utilities.
