Place is fantastic. Clean and comfortable. Reasonable in price as well. I really like how you can put almost everything in your rent payment and just make one payment. Rain was incredible and very patient with me when it came to the tech stuff!! She is a true professional. We are very lucky to have her.
So far i love it here and everything . Gavin did a great job with maintenance . They are fast and very attentive
Gavin, the building maintenance man. He has helped me out with my water heater when the heating element wasn’t working right and I was having an issue with the furnace heat in the apartment and It always felt cold in here during the Colder months. And I was having an issue with my weatherstrip when I moved in here. he fixed that as well. There was a day I came home from work and my refrigerator was making a god-awful motor noise and he went and changed it out for me.
