Very nice place and nice staff as well.
Best apartment complex so far. Everything is perfect here. Cleanliness, customer service and of course the apartments itself. I just wish the apartment entertainment center was bigger and has more spaces for games and hangout area. Beside that, it’s perfect.
I’m a business owner in the Dayton area. I have been working with Hailey and Ryan since they have first opened. They’re a very well organized group, the properties are very well maintained and put together. If you are looking for an apartment in the Huber heights area I would highly recommend!
The Team at Authentix is top tier. Rain, one of the leasing agents, took me on a great tour of the property and units. They were extremely thorough in pointing out all of the details and perks of this community.
