The Wi-Fi they force you to purchase is horrendous. You have workers enter your home 3-4 times a year for mandatory visits. Power goes out on average 3x/year sometimes for most of a day. Regrettably, just resigned a lease and then had 2 power outages, three wifi outages and an inspection all within 2 weeks. Would live elsewhere if possible.
I’ve lived at Authentix since December of 2021. It’s a quiet area, the complex stays clean and grateful for the affordable rent. Rarely any maintenance issues but when any problem appears the team is quick to follow up without a wait. Overall friendly complex to live in with just enough amenities.
Na…. Appliances/ blinds/ paint on the walls are cheap. Didn’t have a working light in our kitchen for 6 months which wasn’t pleasant. They said they’d put in an order to fix it and never did. When you put in a notice that you’ll move out they’ll start treating you like trash. The valet will stop taking your trash right after you put in your 60 days notice even though we still paid for it. Looks like everyone else got Halloween goodie bags except for the people who put in 60 days notice so I guess we aren’t human anymore just... read more
Amazing place to live everyone is super friendly!!
I wanna say as a first timer owning an apartment these people here at authentix really are amazing!! From needing someone to come in your house and turn a crock pot down!! Or having them take your dog out if you aren’t home. These people really do make it feel like a home!! So if you’re interested in a place to live with dog friendly apartments and very affordable living!! congratulations it’s right here!!
