The dog park is consistently full of poop. There is trash everywhere. Management could not care less to fix the issues. The only silver lining is a good maintenance team. I recommend looking elsewhere

Authentix Greeley staff is by far the most welcoming team I have encountered in Northern Colorado. I have had an impressive and professional experience working with Anita, as she is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, understanding, communicative, and is willing to work diligently with her future residents to overcome unexpected obstacles. Upon each visit, I leave the office feeling resolved, seen, and heard. Overall, she’s definitely the “cherry on top” to this beautiful apartment community. #goteamauthentix :)!
Great apartments, leasing team is nice except for the general manager. She was very rude and disrespectful. Took 4 days to get a response on a leasing question just for her to be disrespectful. They change the lease policy frequently without warning or notice. Was told one thing when I moved in just to get lease violations because they change it whenever they want. They say submit a request and the general manager said “send the email and we will just deny it anyways”. Was good to live at for the past few years until 2026. D... read more
