This place is exactly what you hope for. Office staff is knowledgeable and attentive, maintenance staff is quick to get the job done when needed and it gets done correctly so I don’t have to keep calling. For the price and the fact that I get to be close enough to Greeley to have everything at my fingertips but far enough away I don’t have to deal with any of the down town problems I couldn’t ask for anything better! Will be renewing for as long as they’ll have me.
To pricey for living in ghettos Greeley
I absolutely love the experience of living here. My family has been here for two months and we have no complaints at all. I didn’t notice that one of three bedrooms didn’t have a vent in it until the outside temps got to 90°F. I went and talked to Ashley, at the front office, and she made sure things were set in motion right away. Codey, with maintenance, came the same day with a window A/C unit to cool down the room. I had moved in without a vent on my ceiling so the weather has been extremely hot. Codey came through and got it all fixed up and went the extra mile making sure everything else was right where it needed to be and fixed up for us to live comfortably. Everytime we see him hes on time and gets the job done right the first time. Its a beautiful property that you wouldnt even know youre in greeley. Tons of room for dogs with a wash station for them. They are spacious breathable units and the location is great as well.
