This place is top notch, the staff is amazing and they stay on top of everything. Very dog friendly too! Nice modern apartments.
Power outages will lock you out of your econd floor apartment wich seems to be a common occurrence here. Would not recommend this complex

This place is exactly what you hope for. Office staff is knowledgeable and attentive, maintenance staff is quick to get the job done when needed and it gets done correctly so I don’t have to keep calling. For the price and the fact that I get to be close enough to Greeley to have everything at my fingertips but far enough away I don’t have to deal with any of the down town problems I couldn’t ask for anything better! Will be renewing for as long as they’ll have me.
