I want to say that the staff at Authentix Apartments are great!! Wade and Ashley have been a pleasure to work with from day one. The complex is very clean, welcoming, and have the best dog parks for our fur babies. The apartments are beautiful and very homie. In this community I feel very safe. Great place to live.
We moved across country to Greeley. Wade was my first contact with Authentix and he was Awesome!!!! The whole staff made the move much easier with one less thing to have to deal with. We love our new home. An apartment complex that truly feels like home is a hard thing to find.
They say safety of the residents is their number 1 priority which they lied about in their brochure. The apartments are beautiful just they need to be more aware and alert
Amazing complex! The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. They are quick to respond and are always so friendly. I love the community actives they host. The complex is clean and all the neighbors are welcoming. I also love all the dog amenities they have!
I feel like I’ve finally come home!!! Every single staff member has been extremely kind and generous to me. And, every single issue that I’ve needed help with, they have gone above and beyond to help me and make me feel welcome and like family. My fur baby, Lily, and I love living here!
