I have just moved in to Authentix, and will update this review as time goes, but so far 5/5! From the very start of the application/leasing process, Anita and Ashley and the team were very kind and responsive. The community seems so far really friendly and welcoming. I am new to the community! The apartments are great, large units, the area seems safe and quiet. The staff are nice. The reason for my 2 star rating is because communication plays a big part in life especially when moving into a new place. It can be very difficult to get ahold of someone at these apartments by phone or email. What I’ve learned throughout this experience it’s better to go in person to have your questions answered or to make sure the process is going well. I almost gave up. If you’re looking for an apartment I would recommend authentix. They are fairly new apartments with updated amenities. They have a nice pool and gym room. If you have a dog it is a very pet friendly place. when we first moved in we never saw poop on the ground. There is also a nice little walking trail around the buildings. Hands down the best maintenance staff I have ever encountered. All of my requests were made the same day I made them which I was very happy with, plus the maintenance people are so friendly.
