Very nice and professional. Completed the roof within the timeframe given.
Unreliable service from Authentic Roofs. They didn't show up for the scheduled appointment and didn't communicate about the delay. Had to hire someone else to fix their mess.
Authentic Roofs overcharged me for simple repairs and the work done was subpar. The quality of materials used was also poor. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Hired Authentic Roofs to fix a leak in my roof, but they didn't fix it properly. Now they want more money to fix the issue. Not happy with their service and wouldn't recommend them.
They were so good with the inspection and repairs. They found things the inspector missed when we bought our house. They took pictured of everything and explained it all. I was so happy to be able to enjoy the rain again without worrying about the leaks.
