What I’ve enjoyed most about my sessions with Harvey has been the way he seems to really internalize some of my struggles, connecting the dots to his own personal stories, a film or even a simple analogy to provide perspective. Empathy is almost an overused word these days but empathy it is. It’s a curious thing empathy as when someone actually sees you you’ve no choice but to address the issues in front of you. And that’s what Harvey does really well!
I have learned a great deal about myself from working with Harvey. He is a kind human with a gentle approach. He’s professional, friendly, and relatable. He has deep wisdom that’s wrapped in a great sense of humor. During my time with Harvey I have done work around existentialism (identifying and expressing self), relationships, and healing legacy negative core beliefs, and past learnings. I feel fortunate to have had my path cross with Harvey’s!
