If you’re hesitant towards therapy, this dude will meet you where you’re at to ensure you feel respected, comfortable, and safe within exploring your emotions, without the slightest vibe of judgement. Each session I have had with James has been thoughtfully tailored to my individual needs, which has made a huge difference in my overall healing && growth as a person.
James is an amazing therapist. He went above and beyond to provide help and support to me when I needed it most most.
