Good afternoon, I want to take this time to thank Nelson and his crew at Authentic Floors for doing a fantastic , all pro , just incredible job on my 100 year old pine floors and the luxury vinyl plank in my houses . I had used before and thankful he covered my area from Hagerstown. So easy to work with. Showed up on time and just precisely did what floors guys do. Nelson and his team were absolutely amazing. The laminate floors that they installed look amazing and their customer service skills are excellent. I would definitely recommend them for your job!
I highly recommend Nelson and his team for flooring installation. They removed our engineered wood and carpet and installed LVP (luxury vinyl plank) beautifully. They also did sanding and refinishing on our stairs, handrails, and white risers, and the results look amazing. Nelson always showed up on time (sometimes even early), was very respectful, and kept everything clean and organized. Nelson and his team did a beautiful job refinishing our wood floors! They worked carefully, consulted with us on some damaged boards and helped us problem-solve an affordable fix. They left our home clean as a whistle and were even finished ahead of schedule. The stain and finish turned out perfectly and we are so glad we went with Authentic Floors for this project! We will be enjoying the results for many years to come.
