As homeowners of an 87 year old house we recently decided to have floors restored to its original condition! Authentic Flooring completed this project and exceeded our expectations! Nelson and his crew took great care in restoring the heart pine wood in a master bedroom, hallway, and staircase in the foyer. We intend to have other bedroom floors restored in the future! I would highly recommend this small business based on our overall experience with quality work and service!
Shout out to Authentic Floors, they worked on my hard wood floors 3 weeks ago and I am absolutely impressed! The gentlemen were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They sanded down my floors and restained them to match the rest of the hard wood floor on the main level. They did such an excellent job and I am a satisfied customer.
Had these guys come out to give a quote for demoing and installing about 800 sq ft of hardwood floors. They said no problem and gave me a quote. We agreed on quote and set a date for them to do their work. I called them about 3 weeks later to have them give me another quote on some other work since they were going to be here. Again… they gave me a quote and said no problem see you on start date. Start date comes and they are nowhere to found. 3 weeks have gone by and still nothing from them. I would recommend Authentic Floors all the way. My old wood floor was sanded, planed, sealed and finished. The work was meticulously done right up to the edge of every room agreed upon. The perfection shows on many levels. Thank Nelson and Crew!!!!!! I highly recommend Authentic Floors.
We added hardwood in two rooms and Nelson did a great job installing it. One was a bit more difficult since the boards were running into it but it was no problem for him. After they finished up you would have never known they were here, they cleaned up everything and had it looking great. Highly recommend!
