Nelson and his crew at Authentic floors refinished our hardwood floors and did such a fantastic job. They were on time, friendly and respectful. I would definitely recommend them for your flooring needs.
So happy I came across this company…I had a small job that I needed done on our kitchens engineered hardwood floor that really needed some matching flooring to make the repair. Nelson searched high and low to try to find a match. When he couldn’t find a match, he came up with a very creative way of repairing our floor that looks fantastic! You would never know the damaged area had been there. He is very respectful, cleans up well after the job and reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him for any size project.
Nelson is professional, fair and has reasonable prices. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions so I could understand my options. The job was completed in three days and looks good.

Nelson and his Authentic Floors business are first class all the way. He responds right away, sets up the appointment, arrives on time, easy to communicate with, knows what your floors need, and presents all the options in the estimate. He sticks with the task and completes everything in a timely fashion without arguments or delays but rather in an accommodating manner to reach the customer's satisfaction. My home's floors turned out way better than I had expected. My recommendation for Nelson is 100%!
