12 days ago, I went to get my car washed; they put my car through the wash bay and the car behind, hit mine. After my car came out of the bay, the Manager came and got me and told me what happened....we proceeded to look at my car and notice that there was a little dent/paint chip on my back bumper. He apologized over and over again, had me fill out an accident report, and assured me that they would fix it and make it right....He was going to schedule an appointment with a shop they use for me on Monday and would call me. This Saturday I stopped by because I was in need of an oil change and my usual shop was closed. Unsure of what to expect I was greeted by a very pleasant man from the shop. He explained the process and in less than 10 minutes my oil was changed! Of course they also topped off fluids and checked my lights as well but the best part was getting a free car wash with it!! Went for my first and last time today. The man who "greeted" me at the beginning of the wash was incredibly rude. Only pointed and made hand gestures until he yelled at me. Well, the ticket girl had left her post and there was no where for me to just pay so I kept going up to him. Towel drier also left his post and yelled at me to stop well before the sign that says "stop here for towel drying". For $7 I can get a much better, friendlier experience at the car wash on 3rd and Broadway in Denver. Never again.
I got to auta wash at 12:05 to get my car washed and wheels conditioned. It is 1:18, they have washed and dried a total of 5 cars with at one point in time , had 4 guys on one car and I'm still here. Then a gentleman comes over with some polish to polish a dirty rim! I wish i could post pics
Took 45 minutes too long to simply vacuum and machine wash my car. The clean was mediocre and the none of the staff was very enthusiastic when I asked about their pricing. Everything is an up charge and if you want a quality clean you have to pay at least $60. Not worth my time or money. Very unhappy :(
Auta Wash does a quick and efficient job! They always make my car look like a new vehicle!
Great deal for oil change then receive a free car wash. The car wash is top notch!
