Went for the first time and told the guy I wasn't sure which wash would be best for my car. He took a look inside the front and back of my car and said the ultimate was perfect. We'll my car looks terrible. I'm currently at home cleaning it myself after spending almost $30 for them to clean it.
Got my interior cleaned, for the most part it all looks great with the exception of the seats. The seats were still wet nearly two days after having them cleaned. The seats are now almost dry, but have water stains. I'll need to take my car to have the seats shampooed and conditioned again just to get the water stains up.
1st time customer. Will not be a repeat customer for sure. I pointed out that my dash wasn’t even dusted/ wiped. So the lady handed me a towel to wipe it myself. Horrible customers service and awful cleaning of my wheels. Considering I paid “extra” for the wheel cleaning. Consider this review before waisting your $ here.
I have been a loyal customer for 28 years now the quality at the other two locations is nowhere near the quality I normally get at the location on Arapahoe so I make the drive across town to go to this location. But my most recent visit definitely has me rethinking the drive all the way across town to this location. I will say this visit was on Saturday whereas I normally go during the week. I went to the Autawash Riverboat on Poplar St. When they gave me my car to leave, I noticed that 2 gift cards for $50 each were gone. I immediately turned back in and talked to John. He took my number and told me he would call after "he looked at the videos". I stopped by the next morning and John said he had to review the video with his general manager and then he would call me. Upgraded to the super clean interior and was not impressed. Had to still clean more when I got home.
Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Here’s a quote from their staff on Havana “Well, what do you want me to do about it!?” (accompanied by rude head shaking body language). I spend $75 a month and was coming in for a $300 detailing service. I will never spend a dime at establishment ever again.
