They never answer their phone, and was booked in for a check up my solar system, last minute they canceled the appointment. I've been told to reschedule next week, never heard back from them
I would like to thank the whole Team at Australian Solar Doctors. They have been fantastic to deal with from the people in the office who provided lots of information and knowledge to the guys that came and installed our solar who were really nice, on time, polite and just really great to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
I was very impressed by the service from the team at Aussie Solar Doctors in identifying faults with our old solar system, helping us claim on our home insurance, and replacing with a new system. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
