If I can, I will not put a single star into this review. But without a star, I cannot post. Not to trust this company as they will try to squeeze everything they can to make more money from you. They will claim to be upfront with charges. They will charge you and change some parts and say that they will come back the following week. Then, charge you more the next week. That's how they make money.

Absolutely thrilled with service, price, communication and overall business of Australian Hot Water West. I had previously called another company who quoted more than double that of Australian Hot Water West. I called Australian Hot Water and they came out the same day, replaced the hot water system and were absolutely delightful to deal with. The installers were on time, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. No upselling, no scamming, just genuine in their business and approach. Thank you.

We replaced our gas storage with a continuous flow gas hot water heater through Australian Hot Water Seven Hills. Their staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional - particularly Billy and Matt. They gave useful and good advice, including alternatives to gas, which helped us make an informed decision about our purchase. Their quote was competitive. The work was done quickly and professionally. We are very happy with the end result. Highly recommended.

I was in ‘hot water’ - others may use the term ‘deep ….’ - due to a lack of hot water at our place. ‘Billy’ to the rescue! From start to finish - very reasonable quote to the commissioning of a brand new external gas storage unit to replace my 27 year old relic - everything was done in an extremely professional; seamless, expert & cheerful manner with a ton of very helpful advice thrown in. Communication was super prompt & so was the friendly; expert installation . Thank you ‘Billy & Tyson.
