Ordered several weeks ago, called to see where was order was and was sent to voicemail, then charged again for my previous ALREADY PAID order, called and said I wanted a refund, was sent a receipt for a “refund”, never received this refund and was then ghosted when I emailed the employee who sent the receipt. I still have not received my order which was on back order but, it is safe to say I am very disappointed in their costumer service and accounting employees.
