Just wanted you to know howextremely disappointed I am on how you handled my complaint. I called to let you know that I had bought one of your defective products and while in Mexico for my birthday, on my birthday, using it for the first time, it sprayed the instant bronzer in my eyes, mouth all over my face and my towel, etc., where I had to leave my party and go change, redo my hair, makeup for photographs. Ordered several weeks ago, called to see where was order was and was sent to voicemail, then charged again for my previous ALREADY PAID order, called and said I wanted a refund, was sent a receipt for a “refund”, never received this refund and was then ghosted when I emailed the employee who sent the receipt. I still have not received my order which was on back order but, it is safe to say I am very disappointed in their costumer service and accounting employees.
