I have purchased glasses twice, both cracked and lens fell out in the same spot. I returned the last pair recently and they were replaced, the same thing has happened again? The quality must be poor. It honestly should not happen continuously. I also met a Man in the wait room with the same issue. The lady on the desk is lovely though.
