Just writing in to thank David Thomas who works at the Hornsby facility which I mistook to be the Kuringai distribution centre. He helped me locate my package that was stuck at the Kuringai Facility. He did this by searching through their system and then contacting his colleague Benji at the Kuringai facility to locate the parcel. The hold up was due to a Telstra glitch.

Usually Hornsby Delivery Centre are amazing - every time there was a letter or parcel in doubt, they'd give me a call to confirm. Both couriers and posties that serve my address are typically amazing too. However, lately this has all gone downhill - I've had multiple important letters go missing, and I still haven't seen them. No mail addressed to me correctly is being delivered for months.
