The lady at reception was rude. I advised her it was my first time here. When you share a desk with another service provider maybe have the decency to check if the customer has seen the right place? We waited for 2 hrs for nothing. Don't work in customer service if you don't understand what it means.
Very rude front desk staff - I was suffering from bleach poisoning (which I did not know at the time) so not really with it... They blamed me for not providing them with information to questions they were supposed to ask me but didn't. And then proceeded to tell me if I was not happy there is nothing they can do about it. People in that position should know better and know how to treat people who are sick...It is not a retail shop...
