Had appointment at 9.40 am ended up waiting 40 minutes to see the doctor. Dr was supposed to be in from 9.30 am and wasn't in until 10 am. Totally understand things might come up. However, not having courtesy of saying thank you for waiting and not being kind and informative during consultation is something they need to improve on.
Cared for my child straight away and lovely staff, great friendly service
