Bought a Toto washlet and toilet and it was shipped to regional NSW. Great sales service. Good price. Happy.
Austpek delivered items promptly & we're more than happy with the product we purchased. One thing though: we were not told when we ordered the product that a plumbing item, not a part of the set, is necessary to install the toilet bowl & should be purchased. Good that our plumber had one with him so he was able to finish the job that day. We could have saved money if we bought the part from Auspek because we paid double the price to the plumber.
