Wish I could give this company 0 stars. On top of not being communicative at all they just generally don’t get anything done. I had issues with plumbing, electricity, pests, security concerns and they did basically nothing. Of the hundreds of times I’ve called I’ve gotten an actual answer maybe twice- and that is calling the company and my assigned representative. My property manager is rubbish. My entire fence fell down in March. It took over a month to get it fixed and the fallen fence is still is still in my yard awaiting pickup. My husband has submitted YAMR (Yet Another Maintenance Request) at the time of this writing. Maybe by the end of summer it will be gone.

I am currently a tenant with AustinVestors, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. At the time of writing this review, I have been without air conditioning for five days.
