5 year client. I have had some significant frustrations previously, like how they refuse to do annual service on my air conditioner and also made me inspect my own property using an app instead of sending an inspector. But this year, they are stepping up. Our garage door spring broke over Memorial Day weekend, and they were able to get a tech out to fix it in spite of the holiday. I had upgraded my 1 star review to a 3. Today, we go to 4 stars.
