ZERO STARS. From the moment I walked in to my leased property through Austin Vestors it has been hell. Entire house was FILTHY. Bugs, dirt, and urine covered toilets. They did not give us the lockbox code until 9am on moving day. They were supposed to give the lockbox code for our keys the night before. They have been awful at communication, and will ignore you for weeks. Maintenance request will have to be approved by the owner (Landlord) since Austin Vestors is a 3rd party. I wrote a review with a very negative tone and have since gotten some updates on a new stove from Austin vestors. I’ve bumped it from one star to two and focused on objective facts. I’ve edited this review a few times and hole this is the last time I need to until things are better and I can improve it or delete it. Renters Beware. Do NOT rent here. They will try to take every cent they can from you. It has been a nightmare. There are so many other properties that are not run by property management companies that are better suited for rent. In many areas of our rental things were being held on by tape. When submitting a claim for repairs, they just simply ignored the concerns.
