I have been a loyal customer to Austintown Pools completion down the street for over 30 years. I went into to Austintown Pools after the local competition down the street said my issues with my water were due to glass needed changed in my pool filter. The filter is only 6 years old and I was told it was 10 year guarantee by the Austintown competition when it was installed. I spoke to Ryan and he did not believe that to be the case. Super helpful and friendly man was able to answer my questions over the phone. I’d def do business with them just based off of the level of expertise and overall friendly communication!
I would give them a 0 if I could. I used them last year to close my pool and they were great. This year I don’t know what the problem is but they have poor customer service. I set up a date for them to open the pool and gave them the payment. When that date came they never reached out to me. I had to contact them. The guy who answered the phone acted like he had an attitude with me because I was calling them. I can understand if we had to wait due to the weather but they never called or anything.
