Just a bunch of kids that don’t want to do their jobs when you call, the worst customer service- paid for a service upfront and was told that someone will reach out to me …….3 weeks later we are now in freeze warnings and my pool is still up because I was waiting for them to; I don’t know….do their job I paid them for? We paid them up front to close our pool. We had a week set Sept 22, 2025. It's now Oct 13th, 2025 our pool is still open. We called multiple times and was given different excuses each time. Yet the owner we never spoke to just some young men. The owner also had time to post videos on Facebook but not to close our pool. Was told we were "overlooked" Got a refund in check form after we paid cash because it was after 30 days. I would never suggest them to anyone. The owner is unprofessional.

I have been a loyal customer to Austintown Pools completion down the street for over 30 years. I went into to Austintown Pools after the local competition down the street said my issues with my water were due to glass needed changed in my pool filter. The filter is only 6 years old and I was told it was 10 year guarantee by the Austintown competition when it was installed. I spoke to Ryan and he did not believe that to be the case.
