Super helpful and friendly man was able to answer my questions over the phone. I’d def do business with them just based off of the level of expertise and overall friendly communication!
I would give them a 0 if I could. I used them last year to close my pool and they were great. This year I don’t know what the problem is but they have poor customer service. I set up a date for them to open the pool and gave them the payment. When that date came they never reached out to me. I had to contact them. The guy who answered the phone acted like he had an attitude with me because I was calling them. I can understand if we had to wait due to the weather but they never called or anything. I guess I should have asked what all is involved in a pool opening before I paid because it sure wasn’t explained . I expected more and I still have to do what they touched. Pool ladder put in backwards, didn’t hook up all components to a salt water pool, the pool cover wasn’t folded. Not worth the cost if I have to finish it.
Our go to for superior service, polite and dedicated installers.
Plenty of supplies on hand at all times. Reasonable prices as well…Would recommend….
