Usually I have no problem with Austin's but tonight after about 15-20 minutes we didnt see my waitress the rest of the time. Also we didnt get our food until 50 minutes after we were sat down. Then once we got our food it was barely warm and not once did someone stop and ask how it was and if we needed anything. Very disappointed in this place tonight
