Most respectable and easiest used dealership I've ever purchased from! I purchased a 2014 Volkswagen Passat and after a month, I STILL can't believe how I came across a great deal with no haggle and no issues with anything! I am very happy with buying from Austin's Preowned as Zack and Omar are very stand-up guys who care more about customer satisfaction more than just inking a deal. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY SCREWED MY SON OVER FOR ALMOST 10000 DOLLARS. Claimed one owner, maybe but that one owner wrecked the car. The drivers window wont roll down, took panel off and that's because there is no motor in there and window is being held up by a piece of wood. Over heated in the first week. Radiator fan is dead. Holes drilled in it where they shouldn't be. Guess we will see soon what else goes wrong. These people did a number on my son. If your smart don't go here for anything.
