I dont normally give 5 stars, the New York I got from these guys was the best steak I had in a long time. And I been to those Michelin 5 star restaurants.
they are the best from the food to the personal service treat you like family
Maybe I just got a bad piece of meat but I paid about $30 for a cut of meat that had some black blood and a little bit of green on the meat there are other cheaper alternative butcheries in the area I just moved here and I've been checking most of them out
Had deer done in jerky. Threw it away. Wasn’t able to eat. BBQ sticks where good jerky is worse I’ve ever had in 54years
Workers were friendly and the process of getting a pig butchered was simple and efficient.
