Maybe I just got a bad piece of meat but I paid about $30 for a cut of meat that had some black blood and a little bit of green on the meat there are other cheaper alternative butcheries in the area I just moved here and I've been checking most of them out
Had deer done in jerky. Threw it away. Wasn’t able to eat. BBQ sticks where good jerky is worse I’ve ever had in 54years
Workers were friendly and the process of getting a pig butchered was simple and efficient.
Fresh meat cuts, very much well worth the money.
