I was very well taken care of by Austin's Green Air. Our air conditioner went out during the August heat. The next morning, I started calling around and set up a few appointments to gather estimates and get an idea of what was wrong. I wasn't thrilled with the estimates from them so I called Austin's Green Air and they were able to answer all my questions over the phone right then and there so I didn't have to wait for someone to come out only to discover it wasn't a good fit.
