I got 2 rings resized : my engagement and wedding rings resized in one week, they provided a great service , clear explanation; review the sizes a couple of times , called me to follow up and delivered the work on time , excellent service !
First time at Austin's. It was a nice experience.Friendly staff made me comfortable. I got to speak with Celia. I was for an anniversary piece I described Celia what I was looking for & it was like she already knew. The engraving was better than I expected. Glad I found this this hidden jewel.
