I went to Austin and he had my computer back to me on the same day. The service was fast and he seemed to know what he was doing. I've had some bad experiences in the past with other computer repair places, but it was totally different with Austin. I'll be back.
Austin is an amazing technician. I've been using his services for about three years now. He's worked on my desktop and laptop, my daughters laptop, my wife's desktop, my sons smartphone, and my brothers laptop and he's done a great job every time. The first time I went to him it was to speed up my aging 7 year old desktop. When I got it back it was so faster than my 1 year old laptop!
