My son’s speech has improved and he enjoys sessions, which is positive and the reason for an extra star. However, be very wary of front office operations. A ton of paperwork to fill out, bills were different than quoted, and I was even double billed for every visit (for speech therapy and for group therapy) which I only figured out by checking with my insurance company. Owner blamed a new billing system but she had reviewed the bill with me and had even given me different rates (double) than what my insurance had contracted.... read more
