Bad customer services from the VP. Wow. – I did not have any issue with my transmission until I made a mistake and left it for service at Brake Specialist. After a normal transmission service (fluid change, fluid flush, and filter change) as soon as I left the lot I notice my truck was horrible and stuck in 2 or 3 gear. Want to be ripped off? This is the place for you. – Rip me off once, shame on you. Rip me off twice, shame on me. Rip me off a third time, I'll write a review. Yeah, I don't know why I kept going back. I suppose it was because they were so close. My car was making a noise. They replaced the left CV axle. Didn't fix it. They replaced the right CV axle. Brake Specialist? More like, Break Specialist! – un-qualified kids. they broke more than they fixed. then would not stand behind their work. the owner/founder of brake specialist "officially" refused to repair the damage done by his shop.
Not a trustworthy auto shop – Went to these folks multiple times with multiple vehicles. Final time went to the store on 183. Paid over $1000 total to replace the entire a/c system in vehicle, everything, hoses, evaporator core, compressor, dryer, every single component. When system did not work they reviewed it three times, kept denying it wasn?t working, I bought a temperature measurement tool placed it in the vehicle, in 80degree weather air at vent was 70degrees. Avoid this business at all costs - Sole Objective is to fleece – Resisted my warranty very hard - had to pull teeth to have them honor the warranty. Then they wanted 2.5X times the competition to do other brake work to cover their warranty costs...........I can go on how terrible my experience was but for you the bottom line is go some where else for your repair needs.
