Education I needed...Great brakes – I walked in to this store asking about a $99.00 brake service and what I got was an education. The manager explained to me differences in pads that they could use and the brake services offered. I chose the top of the line pads and I was not dissapointed at all. It has been 2 weeks with no issues.

Level headed manager saved the deal – I was dealing with Darin last week and he helped me out with some issues I had with my brakes from another napa autocare center. I was upset over the other shop's work and that the brakes continued to make noise. He had the mechanics fix the brakes and they are now quiet. He calmed me down and made everything OK. I appreciated his professionalism and that he took ownership of a problem that his shop didn't even cause. Thanks Darin :)
Good service, Good price – The waiting room is very nice at this facility and I was comfortable the minute I walked through the door. I got my brakes worked on and have been happy with the service I received. The price was also in my budget. I couldn't have asked for more.

Don't get your car inspected here – I went to the Round Rock location to have my car inspected. They failed me on an "exhaust leak". I took it to the mechanic down the street and they did a comprehensive test of my exhaust system finding no leak anywhere on the vehicle. It cost me $50 to have them tell me nothing was wrong with it. I had to take the receipt back to Brake Specialist to prove to them that nothing was wrong with it. Not only did it take time and money for something so ridiculous, it was if it was no big deal. T... read more

They Recommend unecessary services..cheat you out of money – This shop was caught lying about repairs and I have a feeling they do this often, they just got caught this time. They try to cheat you out of your hard earned money. In my opinion they like to lie to women and naieve people who dont know anything about cars, and recommend services and repairs that arent necessary. I read the good reviews and chose to ignore the negatives, turns out the negative reviews sound similar to what happened to me. These people are liars a... read more
