I'm reporting them to the BBB and on Yelp. They advertised vehicles that weren't ready, would've taken my money for a down payment without me test driving the van but I told them I didn't want to make a payment and it never gets ready or it's a lemon. I'll also be calling the DMV about them. It's absolutely ridiculous. No wonder their dealer license has been suspended. After today they can't sale anymore vehicles for 90 days. Put my money down on a vehicle there that I was told would be finished that day. I was then informed I would need to wait until Saturday because the work was not done and the vehicle needed an alignment. I called to pick up the vehicle. I was informed they did not hold up their end of the deal. I cannot pick up the vehicle until next week. I was upset and said I wanted the vehicle I am purchasing. The young man hung up on me and refused to answer the phone after that. Lesson learned.....after they got my money, of course
Not be rude when asking a question about a refund when their cars need more repairs. People need their money back just as fast as it was taken because they may need to have a car by a certain date.

Sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately it takes 3 to 5 business days to deposit into your account if we do a return on a debit/credit card. The car was disclosed as being not available and it was around 2 weeks to get it ready to leave due to parts being ordered. Again sorry for the inconvenience we do apologize.
