I call Air Rescue out to my house to fix my cooling problem. The defrost control board on the heat pump was bad. Got told that it would cost me almost $500 to fix it. I called Austin's Affordable and they sent out a tech to look at the problem. the board was bad, but it was under warranty and at no cost to me!! Only paid $49.95 for the service call and that was all. You have an estimate, you need to call these people before you get things fixed!!
Thet came to our house because our ac was not working. I could not believe the owner came out that late! I had ac in less then minutes after he left. No service call fee and no after hours charge. Excellent company.
Best service for your money, he's professional and gets it done right.
