Not satisfied. They have a good reputation and that’s why I took the mower there for repair. Granted, the service manager did a good job of the explanation. But, they did not leave a voicemail, it sat there for over two months before they even looked at it, explain the cost that I was charged, what, $434 for a battery? I don’t think so. Follow the instructions next time, but not with me
They don’t have customer service skills. It’s like going to a public place full of frustrated people trying to take it on you.
