Friendly staff from the time I walked in until I exited! EVERY TIME I walk into this business, ALL of the staff speaks, and assists me (and all customers) from the time I walk in until the time I leave. I drive all the way in from Bastrop because of their customer service alone!
Sorry, but I’m still reeling from my experience at McCoys. I was told to bring my lawnmower here to be repaired because it was under warranty. I gave them the paperwork. They said it it takes two days to fix it but since it’s a warranty thing, it’ll be a week and a half. I waited two weeks and called them and they told me it was ready when I get there they tell me I owed them almost $200 for repairs. I explained it was under warranty and they managed to find a rude employee with a bad attitude to tell me warranties don’t cov... read more
