unprofessional and have no idea how to start a conversation for a purchase they anser the phone like thewy just woke up and dont have informaiton ready. once they do get the info you need to lease is a loaded contract overreaching in every direction possible.
This place was terrible to work with. We found a perfect house in a great location that we really wanted to rent. We are walking away from the place and looking for something else because of how terrible this companie’s policies are. Contracts are incredibly over reaching. They will enter your property without warning and seize anything they like, if they think you have too many cars they will have them towed. You are responsible for ALL issues with the house.
