Many things wrong here. 1st they raise your rent and don’t fix ANYTHING. I was living with mold this entire time and my kids ended up getting sick. No air in the summer no heat in the winter. You have more roaches living with you than the actually people on the lease. I’ve never not once had pest control come out but yet u pay for it. I honestly didn’t want to give them a star at all because I went to try to move in I paid my $350 deposit and they moved someone else in the apartment I was supposed to move in and they told me they would give me my $350 and I never got my money back and all this happened in February and it’s almost the end of the year and still didn’t get my money back and no call from them at all. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY , AND ENERGY. 1st to start off they claim that the apartments are “remodeled” but that is a lie they just slapped “new” interior onto the already broken down apartment. what they show you on the tour is jot what you will be getting. The carpet was filthy There was a hole in the floor that they tried to hide by putting the refrigerator over it there was no ac for almost a month and no one in office cared.
