SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY , AND ENERGY. 1st to start off they claim that the apartments are “remodeled” but that is a lie they just slapped “new” interior onto the already broken down apartment. what they show you on the tour is jot what you will be getting. The carpet was filthy There was a hole in the floor that they tried to hide by putting the refrigerator over it there was no ac for almost a month and no one in office cared. i can not get nobody on the phone it keeps hanging up and i am trying to apply for a place
The pool is good and the people
The property manager Tara made my application and move in process almost seamless. There were minor bumps in the road but for me personally she addressed any issue I had quickly and continues to do so. She is working to turn this property into a community and doing the best she can with what she has. So far my experience has been a great one.
