As much as anyone can enjoy a doctors appointment, Dr. Mackens is a pleasure to see. He does not leave you waiting. He takes the time to explains things thoroughly, clearly and in simple terms. He doesn't leave you with the feeling that he is trying to check boxes and get on to another room. He always takes time to discuss concerns, answer any questions and suggest tests, treatments and lifestyle choices to improve my general health and wellness. He's easy to talk to and I think a genuinely good guy.
