Dr .Norris and Chelsea were very good with our pets .I would refer anyone to Austin Village who need a great vet .
Dr.Norris is the best vet I have ever been to. My sweet angel had to go up to heaven and he was there every step of the way for me and her. He got on the floor with us and gave her chick fil a for her last meal. Truly the best vet out there. I would drive hours to come see him.
Highly recommend. Look no further for a veterinarian practice. They treat pets with genuine compassion & extensive vet expertise. Great experience from scheduling appointment to checking out.
We’ve been very happy with our decision to switch to this vet about 6 months ago. We have one dog who has recurring health issues so we frequent the vet. She’s had little to no issues since her first visit here — which is impressive. But I was *really* impressed recently when we had a last minute trip come up and needed to board our dogs the next day, and they both needed boosters prior.
