RecommendedEveryone was so welcoming our first time in. They offer a clean and modern facility. I even received a discount for adoption from AAC which was so nice! They’re super affordable and I couldn’t recommend them enough! 5 stars!!! Thank you AVH!
I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Faggioni and Dr. Palvino and they were both extremely nice and professional! My cat doesn’t like vet visits, but all the technicians and doctors always manage to give him the best care with the least amount of stress possible. I highly recommend this place! And they reward you with discounts if you rescued a pet or volunteer!
This makes me incredibly sad to note that I have decided today to leave this vet hospital. Why? For a multitude of reasons really. First I'd like to say that it's not because of the Doctors, they're fabulous. Unfortunately, it's because of Doug (the front office manager) and the front office staff. We have been taking all of our dogs here for 10 years. Dr. Palvino is fantastic and runs a really great practice. :) We have also seen Dr. Fagiani and he is also a fantastic vet. The thing that I love most about Austin Vet Hospital, aside from the great treatment to our dogs, of course, is the people that work there. From the doctors to the techs to the front desk staff, we are always met with a bright smile and lovely personalities.
