The doctor I spoke to was very nice. However, my issue was not resolved after two very expensive visits, and the callback I was supposed to get about a third follow up visit never came. Then several weeks after my second visit I received a bill from a third party I've never heard of, for a test I assumed the Austin Urology Institute had done themselves. Dr Shaw is professional in Urology, he was practicing also at Saigon Binh-Dan's Hospital . He is very friendly . Great Doctor for everyone.
Great bedside manner, the front staff were super nice. I mean, I wasn’t the patient but I think the entire appointment went great! Would definitely recommend.
If you are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Urologist in Austin then DR. Shaw is your man. I have seen 2 Doctors Prior to him, the 1st one did not give me the time to answer my questions the 2nd Doctor was all ears but could not come to a good promising decision. In 2016 I started seeing DR Shaw, he was right to the point straight forward I connected immediately with him. My surgery was 4 days ago, I feel i am recovering fast than expected... Thanks DR Shaw!!!, you are the best doctor i have seen.
