Brought a guitar strap in to get some initials put on it. Showed an example monogram and it was drawn onto the invoice. Received a strap that has the letters engraved on in a completely different than what we had agreed on. Simply spacing the letters out arbitrarily. Furthermore, their newly imagined design is not even centered on the strap. Would not return to this engraver. The product is rushed, irreversibly damaged, and not what we agreed upon at all.

Went to have a lock engraved for my son. I was told on Monday it wouldn’t be ready till Thursday but likely sooner as it’s such a small job. So I paid for the lock that day. I heard nothing from them and it’s now Friday so I went there. I asked for my lock, she went to the back and when she returned she said it won’t be ready till September 4.
