Brought a guitar strap in to get some initials put on it. Showed an example monogram and it was drawn onto the invoice. Received a strap that has the letters engraved on in a completely different than what we had agreed on. Simply spacing the letters out arbitrarily. Furthermore, their newly imagined design is not even centered on the strap. Would not return to this engraver. The product is rushed, irreversibly damaged, and not what we agreed upon at all.
