Went to have a lock engraved for my son. I was told on Monday it wouldn’t be ready till Thursday but likely sooner as it’s such a small job. So I paid for the lock that day. I heard nothing from them and it’s now Friday so I went there. I asked for my lock, she went to the back and when she returned she said it won’t be ready till September 4. Hi Cynthia and Garnet, I showed up with 1 day notice. with a rush order for a very special event. You made it a SUCCESS !! With short notice Victor’s family from Ottawa was up at our special training centre in Minden Whitewater preserve, and surrounded by 50 young athletes and their parents, we acknowledged Victor the 80year old whitewater paddler for his years of building.
