I requested that Collin ensure that he sends all documents to both my wife and I as we are both busy. We take turns handling things. But despite this request, he continued to send emails to just me and I have to keep forwarding them to my wife. We will not use American Title again.
We had a lot of communication challenges. My husband and I asked Collin to include both of us in all communications. We continue to receive documentation only sent to my husband. We won't be using them again.
