Please avoid Stephen Smith at all cost. My experience was horrible. He took money for a job he didn't complete, abandoned the worksite and didn't offer anything but excuses. He brought his son to work with him daily which was an added liability. He was paid $5,000 completed 80% of work and took off leaving us high and dry. AVOID this SCAMMER.
