Not courtesy reminder of appointments I was charged for two missed appointments The first time I tried to reach out to them to verify what date was my appointment and they did not respond then I call them and not answer I have messages that I sent to them and they still not wave the fee. After all I was going to try one more time and schedule an appointment for 7/29 I got an email for appointment missed on 7/24 how can that be possible when these time it was marked on my calendar for 7/29 I will not return ever again
I hate to write a review but I just did not have a good experience here. I wanted to try this clinic because I thought since it was women focused I would have a better outcome but after 3 months with them I have decided to go back to my PCP. My main complaints are visits are short, labs are requested and you think your are getting tested for something only to be asked later to be tested for something else. Absolute scam!!! AVOID! I was billed for a pregnancy test that wasn’t even taken and then given in a result for when a test was not even taken to begin with. Then I was charged for an exam fee when it was part of my preventative care. They tried to say things were discussed that weren’t even discussed. IE acne and abdominal pain that was not even mentioned in my exam?? They are just looking to mark you up with costs hoping you aren’t paying attention. Avoid at all costs!!! So unorganized.
Dr. Schmitz is wonderful. As someone who works in the sexual health and wellness space, I can’t tell you how rare it is to find caring, personable practitioners. It’s clear she genuinely cares for her clients.
*** AVOID AT ALL COST*** Never been to a more crooked practice, who knows exactly what they are doing to take advantage of people seeking genuine care. Terrible patient care manner, terrible wait, and terrible waste of my time and now money. They clearly need it! As their office had inconsistent staffing, air conditioning and their own doctor had foot surgery and was still trying to practice (so unprofessional) .
