Apparently they won’t see you for physical therapy UNLESS you see one of THEIR doctors. They didn’t tell me this until a few days before my appointment. Because of this, I am in pain and now have to find a different physical therapist. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

In the last month I’ve seen Dr. Fernandez twice regarding low back pain. The front office staff was efficient and helpful working through insurance, relaying messages & setting my appointments. Dr. Fernandez and Lupita, his assistant, were both professional and friendly. I didn’t feel rushed during either of my appointments.
