I tried so hard to not leave a bad review because I believe any manager on duty has the power to make things right if they just listen to their customers. After trying to reach a manager several times for over a week and a half after our stay and being told someone would call me back all I wanted to do is be heard but no one ever called. We were there for the Ballroom (or whatever it is). It was fine, but the A/C couldn't keep up with the crowd, so it was really hot inside.

Recently traveled here for business. I booked a suite and it was definitely roomy. The price was good but definitely outdated. Furniture was old and uncomfortable but they are currently undergoing renovations and I think it'll will probably be really nice once they're finished. The staff was super friendly. The bathtub wouldn't drain so we had take a shower and bath at the same time. My wife wasnt a fan after shaving her legs. But overall a pleasant experience for what it currently is.
