Quick call backs. Teresa and Tina were very helpful. I viewed several units and was able to move in within a week.
Good luck getting any information on renting a place from them, if it’s this hard to speak to Theresa the agent I can only imagine how hard it is to get maintenance on an apartment. Called over 2 weeks ago to get info on a place, Tina her assistant was helpful and gave me false hope I’d get a call once Theresa got back in the office. Two days later, nothing. Don't.. don't move here!! Read all the postings about her... Nefarious: Teresa is mean and unkind. The listing price is $800 but the real price is $850 PLUS ELECTRIC, they pay gas, water garbage, but then they charge you for it. These apartments are Not safe: Don't live here. Horable management. Absolutely filthy the day I moved in. The apartments are infested with cockroaches.
