I needed several non-standard O-rings. This is not a big sale for the company, and I was made to feel like I was not very important Just my opinion.....It would help if I could take a look at the O-ring selections available myself; -- and then, try (on my own) to "match up" an O-ring that I feel like might work. -- That is not how the employee I interacted with wished to operate.
