Shady billing practices. I was charged in duplicate for a single appointment. The provider who escalated my appointment based on a conversation he dominated without my knowledge was Dr Bastian, so I recommend avoiding him entirely. It's clear from other reviews, both billing and my disappointment with Dr Bastian's lack of professionalism are common experiences. I want to tell everyone not to use Dr. Bastian...but only because I want more appointments available for myself. He is absolutely fantastic. Personable, professional, and knowledgeable.
