My daughter's appointment was seamless. The staff of ARC were welcoming and helpful. Dr Chiamaka addressed my concerns and allayed my fears
I wish I could rate this place better as I have always gone to the ARC but recently I had an experience at this specific lab that left me feeling uneasy. Hearing lab technicians complain about patients needing tests and about being there is not very reassuring when trying to find a cause to a health issue. No smiles other than one lady at the front desk of the lab and overall the other staff seemed not to care at all about how they come across to other patients and myself. Horrible! Front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional. They had a problem not showing my referral from my primary doctor but I had an appointment because they did receive the referral! It was one particular staff member! So after driving 30 miles for this appointment that I really needed to see the doctor, it didn’t happen! Just because a staff member didn’t want to be bothered. I also called the office while sitting in the parking lot and was put on hold and disconnected!
