It was kinda fast, people were nice.
I consider myself lucky to have Dr. Bastian as my PCP. He is so thorough- you can tell he takes his job seriously and never rushes out visits. This is rare in today’s healthcare. Thank you Doc!!
What happened to me at ARC today was unacceptable, retraumatizing, and cruel. I went in after experiencing chest pain and near fainting spells—urgent symptoms that a nurse had told me needed to be checked out right away. I was able to get an appointment quickly, but that’s the only thing this clinic got right. The front desk staff was cold and unwelcoming, but I checked in.
