The dermatology staff are some of the nicest people I have ever met and answered all questions thoroughly and patiently!!!
I’d give them zero stars but it’s not possible! Customer service is a joke and the over charge on services is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time with ARC. I saw Dr Bastian for numb hands. He was skittish and all over the place. Decided I had carpal tunnel and suggested I wear a brace. Numbness continued saw Dr Ambler. He diagnosed severe carpal tunnel recommend I see dr Vagner. After a very quick 10 min visit DR Vagner confirmed a bad case of carpal tunnel and scheduled surgery on both wrists. After recovery I was still exper... read more
