Disappointing that I can’t give the zero starts. Stay as far away from this location as possible. I have never encountered such disrespectful service anywhere. The Dr. was great, but the MAs, and front office staff all need to be fired and replaced
I was referred to Dr Andreo by my doctor. She send over a referral. They called to set up the appointment . She asked all the routine questions and then she said just a minute I need to check something. After about 5 minutes she came back and said that the doctor had an age limit. That means that I am too old. She offered to set me up with another doctor and I refused. I am in good health and I have been going to ARC for 30 years and I have never heard of this. I was very disappointed with my appointment. The nurse practitioner left in the middle of the exam and didn’t come back for 30 minutes. I am not happy with the service. The service was subpar and I did not feel taken care of or my kids. They were there for shots and check up and I waited 1 and 1/2 hrs to get anything take care of. There was another baby crying so they took care of them first. Really? I’m less important and they let me know that. I won’t be back here.
