If you can’t take patients at 4:15PM PLEASE DO NOT OPEN ANY APPOINTMENTS AT THIS TIME. My husband HAS NOT EATEN anything till now to wait for the blood work and you’re telling him to go to ANOTHER LOCATION BECAUSE THE LAB IS CLOSING EVEN HE ARRIVED ON TIME? Now we have to drive all the way to CEDAR PARK to get the job that IS SUPPOSED TO get done in Liberty Hill!!!!! Is this place open to help ppl or to make ppl lives more difficult? I’m MAKING SURE NOT COMING here in the future.
Highly recommend this place. The front is very helpful! I am always seen on time. Dr. Vinhdinh is very helpful and takes her time to listen to all concerns and address each one of them to patients satisfaction.

Dr. Hinnenkamp is no l Ionger working there. She really listened and i went there for her. New drs now. Not at all happy and i have a new dr. Somewhere else.
The customer service when I am in the office is great. The front office, Dr. Patel & phlebotomist have been very kind. I’m noticing and issue with following up. I’ve been trying to get a referral to a specialist and no one can seem to help. I’ve also been trying to get important medication as well. I was told today that the Dr typically takes 7 business days to respond. That doesn’t seem right for a medical practice when people rely on the Dr for specious things.
