Timeliness, friendliness and extremely knowledgeable. Doctors and staff are wonderful
Dr. Hinnenkamp is no l Ionger working there. She really listened and i went there for her. New drs now. Not at all happy and i have a new dr. Somewhere else.
The customer service when I am in the office is great. The front office, Dr. Patel & phlebotomist have been very kind. I’m noticing and issue with following up. I’ve been trying to get a referral to a specialist and no one can seem to help. I’ve also been trying to get important medication as well. I was told today that the Dr typically takes 7 business days to respond. That doesn’t seem right for a medical practice when people rely on the Dr for specious things. I recently had my initial consultation at Austin Regional Clinic in Liberty Hill (off 29) to establish patient services, and I’m very pleased with the experience so far. The waiting room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The front desk staff were helpful and professional, and my wait time was minimal. This has been the worst experience. I’m just trying to schedule an appointment with Dr.Patel and team due to a car crash I was and not only do I get a phone call back to schedule when I call the schedule I get the a call center that says they can help but yet I still don’t have an appt scheduled
