My kids were referred by their PCP to ENT ( Dr. Patel) on October last year, they received the referral and called me to schedule the appointments on November, few days before the appointment they called and rescheduled ( that was fine, even Drs. Have their own live) later after that office called again left a voicemail that my appointment was being rescheduled again, and that happened like 3 or 4 times. I do not recommend trusting this facility with your health due to the careless doctors employed here. I was referred to see an ENT specialist by my urgent care doctor to do a further evaluation on a concerning, deep-embedded mass near my jaw since the urgent care did not have the adequate tools to conduct a proper screening on site. I met with Dr. Patel for roughly 5 minutes. She performed a physical exam rather than a screening where she briefly felt around the area, but not the mass.
