Always pleasant staff & doctors.
Very disappointing experience. I took my teenage daughter to ARC for acne because my dermatologist was booked. She was seen quickly, but we spent less than 10 minutes with the doctor and she was simply evaluated and given a prescription. Then I received a $395 bill. I requested an itemized bill to understand the charge, but the statement still didn’t provide an actual breakdown. When I called, I was told the cost was so high because she was a new patient.
