Hello, yesterday was my first time attending the clinic and I feel super grateful for all the attention. The receptionists as well as the doctor's assistant and he were very kind to me. I am grateful to Dr. Kyle R.

Staff is so rude. They hang up on you... They are short. They are so dismissive. In a time of confusion/turmoil in your life and they treat you so rudely. I call and ask questions/explain my point of view and reasoning. I get told the same thing over and over. They reviewed the images and they are normal. My visit with PA Brigitte was excellent. She was very kind, informative and explained her thoughts on my concerns and explained next steps. The lab was very fast and efficient, and no pain! I live in SW Austin and arrived a bit late to my appt and they still accommodated me. I'm very grateful. The wait time in the lobby was less than 2 minutes. I wish they were closer to home so this could be my permanent location but I'll be going to the Slaughter location. Thanks Brigitte! You are an excellent provider!
I waited 8mos to get a consultation with the neurologist Dr. Kosatka and I’m more than happy with the experience she provided today. The fact that she explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what is going on and what I need to get done so I can get more clarity on my situation is amazing.
