We trusted that Televero health would take good care of our family because arc referred us to unfortunately it has been the worst patient experience we have ever had in many ways. Be careful w arc. They use Televero heath, a company unfit for caring for families.
One star for for their continued association with Telvero Heqlth. My family has dealt with nothing but billing errors, prescription issues, and a total lack of communication, requiring more than 15 follow-up calls on our end. Telvero’s service is so infamously bad they have delisted their Google presence. The fact that these guys still send unsuspecting patients to this "business" is a major red flag. Avoid their referrals at all costs.
This place is so bad. One is a homophobic doctor and the other fails to review bloodwork and the office refuses to let me speak to her. Nurses are useless. Bloodwork has been back since last Friday afternoon and still no review by my doctor as of today. The place is an absolute joke. I refuse to pay for the last visit since she can’t review anything and get back to me.
I always get my blood drawn here. I'm a hard stick and they are good at finding a vein. They are a well oiled machine. I recommend making an appointment for your lab work. But it's not a deal breaker. I'm super glad it's in the neighborhood. The doctor's I've seen there have been great. The staff is friendly. They have handicap parking and their front door is ready at the push of a button.
